Cameron Sterling

Cameron is a Professional Counselor Associate, who currently holds a master's degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Pacific University and Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in At-Risk Youth from Washington State University. She has spent the past five years working in social services emphasizing trauma-informed care with a variety of clients. Though, she has a passion for working with adolescents and young adults.

 

Cameron utilizes various therapeutic approaches to therapy in session such as DBT, CBT, and Strength-based. Blending mindfulness and client-centered techniques to address the root causes of stress and emotional challenges. She values meeting clients where they're at, by fostering a supportive and empathic environment for the client to gain a better understanding of their personal strengths and abilities. She aims to help increase their confidence in healthy and effective coping. 

 

Outside of the office, Cameron enjoys going to concerts, listening to audiobooks, thrifting, and spending time with friends and family (including the cat)!
