Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Natalie Ehrman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with children, adolescents, and families in community mental health and school-based settings since 2009.

​

She specializes in working with youth and their families who experience challenges related to anxiety, emotional regulation, ADHD, Autism, social skills, and trauma.  She is also certified in working with families and youth who have been adopted and are or have been involved in the foster care system.  

Natalie believes in building a collaborative and healthy therapeutic relationship to increase emotional growth and sustainable progress for youth and their families. Utilizing Collaborative Problem-Solving techniques allows the client to identify areas where they are struggling and work together to develop skills to overcome challenges and succeed.  

 Natalie spends her free time with her family and is an avid runner.

Natalie also serves as the Clinical Supervisor for all PNWBH Associates.  Natalie works to teach Associates by example and through experience.  She is an advocate for hands-on learning and utilizes all the evidence-based practices above when supervising associates.  She takes seriously that associates are working under the guidance and protections of her own Licensure and is quick to consult, collaborate, and engage with clients and their clinician when needed.
